ResilientCE's philosophy is to provide responsive, sustainable, customized service with a particular attention to client satisfaction. Our company was founded on the core belief that true success comes from providing personalized, face to face service, working with clients to solve problems together. Technical problem solving is mentally rewarding while knowing those efforts improve the lives of others is psychologically rewarding. The two factors together energize our staff and make us a unique engineering firm.
Who We Are
ResilientCE is a small, privately owned professional engineering firm based in Massachusetts. We fulfill a current niche in the market for an independent engineering firm able to respond and adapt to meet our clients' needs. ResilientCE is a Massachusetts certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE).
Kristen M. Berger, P.E. founded ResilientCE in 2019 with the goal to provide responsive, authentic, customized service with a focus on client satisfaction. She is a civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering specializing in municipal infrastructure with a focus on water supply, treatment, distribution and storage. Kristen holds professional engineering licenses in several states. She is an active member of the water works community.
